• Set up, establish and manage the QA department in the factory
• Assure implementation of quality systems
• Supply accurate, timely data and liaise, review, and meet with internal and external clients on issues pertaining to QC
• Maintain a systematic approach for document management of the QC Department and quality SOPs of the production process
• Assure compliance with DOE, MOH and DOSH regulations particularly scheduled waste management and MSDS management
• Continually research analytical and management techniques to advance the quality management of the team
• Train staff on appropriate safety measures, encourage a safe work environment and good practices to minimize long‑term health concerns
• Assure local suppliers are audited, qualified, and deliver quality products
• Continually maintain equipment and obtain necessary certifications and benchmark accuracy performance with outside laboratories
• Lead and motivate subordinates to work together productively and effectively; promote professional training and certification of staff
• Position reports to General Manager/Managing Director

Job Requirements

• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
• Computer literate (MS Office, statistical software)
• Language skills: frequent written and verbal communication with international customers and corporate employees
