Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of shoes from suppliers and in-house manufacturing.
• Coordinate defect corrections with relevant personnel.
• Perform statistical quality control and random checks daily.
• Promote quality awareness among suppliers.
• Oversee billing checks from transporters.
• Daily printing of statements and scanning invoices.
• Upload and download CDC data daily.
• Maintain accurate records in the reporting system.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the company.

Quality Control Cum Data Entry Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent quality shoes been purchased made from outside local supplier or in-house manufacture accordingly to approved sample and specification. As well, acceptable quality shoes are delivered to warehouse.
• In case of faulty quality, to follow the source of defect and take immediate correction action through coordination of the department personnel concerned.
• Statistical quality control and quality checking at random on daily basis with an approved sample.
• To install quality awareness among local suppliers and overseas suppliers.
• To be concerned with all factors that affect the design and manufacturing of the shoes from its inception.
• Checking billing from transporters for approval before submitting to Finance for payment.
• Daily printing of statements and orders, as well scanning of invoices.
• CDC Upload & Download on daily basis
• Interstore - Get copy DO from transporters - Require updating daily in the excel file.
• Entry of Receiving into system / Continue update in RIM's system.
• To carry out any other jobs/ assignments that may be assigned by the Company to you from time to time.
