Job description

• Analyse business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform end-to-end testing of digital products across multiple platforms (web, mobile, responsive design).
• Execute manual testing for functional, UI/UX, regression, testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts (as applicable) using any suitable tools.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Validate bug fixes and regression test impacted areas in each release cycle.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure defects are accurately documented and tracked using tools like Jira.
• Assist in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide QA sign-off and support production deployments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and documentation.
