Requirements
  • Degree in related discipline with 3-5 years in handling customer complaints and customer voice
  • Good Communication skills and able to follow up and organize projects follow up
  • Preferable experience and Knowledges in Semiconductor FOL & EOL and Test background.
  • Semiconductor NDFA, DFA and Reliability knowledges
Job Responsibilities
  • Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
  • Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
  • Drive operation group with following KPI through weekly meeting (KPI consists of CAR, Preaudit, MRB)
  • Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements
  • Drive for quality continuous improvement project for e.g.: minimize manual touch point, automation, E-System (eliminate manual recording)
