Responsibility
Quality Control
  • Ensure the quality assurance team carries out quality assessment measures for all products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
  • Review plans, specifications, and blueprints thoroughly to understand product requirements.
  • Reject incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report issues to the relevant PIC.
  • Resolve quality-related issues while adhering to given deadlines.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for the inspection process, including detailed reports and performance records.
  • Recommend improvement measures to production processes to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Guide the production team on quality control issues to improve overall product quality.
  • Provide training to the quality assurance team.
  • Design and implement efficient quality control protocols applicable across all departments.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels related to product quality.
  • Monitor the production phase at various stages to ensure quality compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with and enforcement of SOPs, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
  • Ensure successful completion of internal and external audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation, recording, reporting, and filing are maintained.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • Support the development and implementation of safety policies and programs.
  • Liaise with local authorities and clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct health and safety orientations for new employees and develop training materials.
  • Plan, propose, implement, enforce, and review the HSE system for the manufacturing plant to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Investigate accidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, and occupational diseases, and report to DOSH in accordance with the latest OSH regulations.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain records of amendments or new laws/regulations related to HSE and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Act as the main point of contact with regulatory bodies such as DOSH, DOE, and BOMBA.
  • Deliver HSE education and training, including Emergency Response Program training.
  • Update PPE stock lists monthly, raise purchase requests, and ensure adequate PPE availability at the workplace.
  • Promote safety awareness and reinforce employee responsibilities toward workplace safety.
  • Conduct safety, health, and environmental training to increase awareness among personnel.
  • Conduct accident and incident investigations and collaborate with management to develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Perform daily safety line walks to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and unsafe conditions at the worksite.
  • Conduct audits at hazardous waste or industrial sites, or participate in hazardous waste site investigations.
  • Ensure successful completion of internal and external audits related to HSE.
  • Ensure all security, safety, and health rules and regulations are consistently enforced and complied with at all times.
