• Ensure all QC systems and procedures are effectively implemented.
• Review and approve inspection documents to ensure product quality.
• Coordinate with external bodies for calibration needs.
• Oversee ISO requirements related to the QMS system.
• Plan QC staff work schedules and conduct training.
• Prepare routine QC reports including SPC charts.
• Support all QMS & EMS audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all QC systems and procedures are effectively implemented.
• Review, check, and approve inspection documents and data sheets to ensure product quality meets chemical composition standards.
• Coordinate with external bodies for calibration needs — arrange, conduct, prepare reports, and maintain updated calibration schedules.
• Oversee ISO requirements related to the QMS system and participate in monthly ISO & departmental meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).
• Plan QC staff work schedules and conduct training for new/existing team members.
• Prepare routine QC reports: SPC charts, Monthly Cp Graphs, Finished Goods Summary Reports, GR&R, etc.
• Support all QMS & EMS internal/external audits, customer audits, and audit checklist preparation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior(s).
