QAQC & Production Executive (GMP & Halal)

Monstr Confectionery is looking for a hands‑on QAQC & Production Executive to support daily QAQC activities, GMP implementation, Halal documentation maintenance and production line monitoring. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working on the production floor and eager to grow in QAQC and food manufacturing.

What you'll be doing

Perform daily QAQC checks on raw materials, in-process production and finished goods.

Complete and maintain QA checklists, non-conformance records and corrective action logs.

Monitor hygiene, cleanliness and GMP compliance on the production floor.

Maintain Halal documentation including ingredient certificates and supplier records.

Monitor production line activities and ensure compliance with approved SOPs.

Assist with batch records, traceability logs and basic production documentation.

What we are looking for

1 to 3 years working experience in QAQC, production, food processing or food manufacturing environment. Strong preferences for candidates with Food Technology or Food Science background. Experienced in GMP practices, Halal documentation and production line operations is an advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant factory internship experience may be considered.

Salary & Benefits Salary range RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month. EPF, SOCSO and EIS included. Performance review after probation with a clear career growth path to QAQC Lead or QAQC & Production Supervisor.

This is an execution-focused role requiring hands-on work on the production floor. Candidates seeking managerial-only positions are not suitable.
