This is an excellent opportunity to join Rigid Metal Tech Sdn Bhd as a QA Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing operations at our facility in Klang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Developing, implementing and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards

Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and resolve any quality issues

Analysing quality data and generating reports to track and improve quality metrics

Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Ensuring the facility adheres to all relevant quality, health and safety regulations

Mentoring and leading a team of quality inspectors

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment

Thorough understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of relevant quality, health and safety regulations
