Job summary

A leading packaging company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a QA Section Head/Sn Engineer to manage and supervise the QA/QC team. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, managing audits, enforcing QA processes, and collaborating on new product introductions. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience, alongside strong communication and multitasking skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Performing the role as QA Section Head/ Sn Engineer for JJPM-NILAI with primary responsibilities as follows:

Manage and supervise the QA/QC team, including engineers, inspections and other QA personnel.

Develop KPIS and performance metrics for team members to align with company goals.

Organise and manage internal and external audits (including customer audits, certification body audits and etc.).

Design, update and enforce QA processes and procedures to ensure compliance with JJ policy, procedures and standard requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

Monitor and improve QA workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce non-conformities.

Analyse non-conformance reports and manage root cause analysis (RCA) to drive corrective actions.

Collaborate with sales, technical and production team for new product introduction (NPI) to ensure smooth delivery and adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering or any related fields.

At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs.

Required skill (s): Independent & Multi-tasking, working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, good communication skills, keen attention to detail.
