Job description

Implement QA&QC processes throughout the entire equipment production cycle, from the design stage to final packing, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Verify and validate equipment quality at every stage of production to ensure it meets design specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations

Ensure proper acceptance criteria and specifications are met for all incoming components and materials

Identify non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions

Collaborate with relevant departments to troubleshoot, address, and resolve quality issues

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards

Prepare and maintain quality reports, test records, and inspection checklists

Assist in internal and external quality audits and follow up on corrective actions

Implement continuous improvement initiatives, analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Address customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution

Prepare QA&QC reports and inspection records for management review

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering)

Experience in equipment production is an added advantage

Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Proficiency in quality inspection tools, testing procedures, and report preparation

Ability to work independently and coordinate with various departments
