Job description

Reporting to the General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QA Manager. As QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities to ensure the company's products consistently meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with production, engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and optimise processes

Ensure the company's quality management system is compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations

Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify product quality and process integrity

Document quality control processes and maintain comprehensive records

Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management

Receiving, In-process, & Outgoing inspection, and recommending preventive action where necessary

Liaison with customer to ensure product meets customer’s quality requirements and initiate corrective/preventive action to address immediate containment and prevent re-occurrence

Monitoring Customers' complaints and feedback for resolution, improvement and non-recurrence.

Responsible for effective management and implementation of Quality management system, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949

Lead auditor for conducting internal audits, of entire organization

Chair person for Material Review Board (MRB) meeting and disposition

Act as Management Representative for the company and responsible for effective, successful implementation of Quality Management System

Lead quality improvement drives as assigned, with experience in leading Kaizen related project an advantage

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a QA Manager or Senior Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment

Extensive knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals

Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industry regulations
