Responsibilities

• Make sound decision on deviations and conduct investigation.
• Prepare and update quality and inspection plans.
• Ensure inspectors carry out quality checks.
• Evaluate inspection results and track quality level.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Make sound decision on subjective deviations and also to conduct systematic investigation into the cause of deviation.
• Prepare and update quality plan and inspection plan.
• Ensure inspectors carry out quality checks and inspections accordingly.
• Evaluate the inspection results and track quality level.
• Handle non-conforming items inventory and verify non conformances reported.
• Support first article inspection on sample submitted.
• Prepare 8D/CAR report for customer complaint
• Ensure all corrective and preventive actions taken internally and externally (suppliers) are implemented effectively
• Track supplier quality issues and monitor the performance
• Generate and update calibration schedule list
• Maintain all measuring and test equipment in serviceable condition.
• Ensure all tests and measuring equipment is serviceable.
• Handle customer audit and follow up CAPA implementation related to audit findings.

Requirements

• Empower Your Expertise: Minimum Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge in GC-MS, FTIR & Micro-vu instrumentation and principles is preferable.
• Preferrable minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing operations, with a broad understanding of chemical processes and cleanroom work environments.
