Purchasing Executive (Fresh Grad welcome)

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive to join our team.

Location: Senai/ Ulu Tiram

Job Scope:

Source, evaluate, and procure materials, tools, equipment, and services based on project and operational needs.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost‑effective and timely procurement.

Assist with product and supplier research through phone communication and online platforms.

Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and site engineers to align procurement planning with project timelines and technical requirements.

Ensure all procurement expenses are accurately allocated to the correct project cost.

Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on purchase orders issued and equipment maintenance activities.

Verify that all invoices match corresponding purchase orders and delivery orders, and hand over documentation to the accounts department promptly.

Maintain cost comparison records to maximize cost savings and ensure alignment with the project budget.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a purchaser/procurement professional.
