Job Responsibilities
  • Credit Note (CN) Follow-Up: Monitor and track all outstanding credit notes. Coordinate with outlets, suppliers, and finance to ensure timely submission and approval of CNs. Resolve discrepancies or issues related to CN processing. Maintain accurate records of CN status and provide regular updates to management.
  • Eyewear Protection Insurance Submission: Prepare and submit insurance claims or documentation as required. Follow up with insurance companies or internal departments to ensure claims are processed accurately and on time. Maintain records of insurance submissions and approvals.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Monthly reports on CN and insurance submission status. Maintain organised and up to date documentation for audit and reference purposes.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Email.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with outlets, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track and follow up on credit notes, orders, and insurance submissions.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
