We are seeking a diligent Purchasing Clerk to join our dynamic team at Wawasan Jaya (M) Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Perak. As a full‑time Purchasing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies to support our manufacturing operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Researching and sourcing suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and delivery times for materials and supplies
  • Raising and processing purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of all purchasing activities and inventory levels
  • Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure materials are delivered when needed
  • Monitoring and following up on order status and deliveries
  • Assisting in the preparation of purchasing reports and analysis
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and reduce costs
