As the Purchasing and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and sales processes to support the overall operations of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you'll be doing
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure prompt delivery of products
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
  • Assist with the development and implementation of purchasing and sales strategies
  • Prepare reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain operations
