Overview
To support the department head in daily operations and project execution by providing coordination, follow-up, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including claims form, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize paperwork, digital files, and company documents.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements such as air tickets and hotel booking.
- Support members of the PR team by keeping contact lists and project-specific records, maintaining internal databases, PR materials, and ensuring proper use of designated platforms.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents that support organizational objectives.
- Must be willing to work overtime and at various locations as needed for event coverage.
Skills Required
- Has good written & verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic video shooting/editing skills (for social media content).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva and CapCut software.
Qualifications Required
- Possess a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- A Diploma in Public Administration, Mass Communications would be an added advantage.
