Overview
As a Property Sales Executive at Globalview Properties Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's real estate business. Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, you will be instrumental in achieving the company's ambitious growth targets. This full-time position is based in Padang Serai/Meha, Kedah, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and expanding real estate organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Sales Generation & Closing: Proactively attend to walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and web leads to convert them into sales.
- Property Showings: Conduct site visits at sales gallery, show units, or project locations, highlighting features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, providing consultations, building long-term relationships, and providing high-quality service.
- Documentation & Administration: Assist purchasers with bookings, coordinate with legal teams for Sales & Purchase Agreements (S&P), and manage loan application processes.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor movements and market trends, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Marketing Support: Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions to drive project sales.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist with property handover, defect management, and addressing client complaints.
What we're looking for
- Experience: Previous experience in sales (especially real estate, property development, or luxury retail) is preferred.
- Education: Minimum of a diploma or high school certificate; a degree in marketing, business, or real estate is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and persuasion. Must fluent in Malay or English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for property viewing.
