- Full-time and part-time positions are available
- Experience in property / real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (with replacement off days)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required)
- Determine client needs and propose suitable properties
- Show properties to clients in showroom or online
- Coordinate with lawyers and bankers
- Make appointments with clients via phone
- Source potential clients through online marketing
