Job summary

A property management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual to manage both residential and commercial properties. Our team handles everything—from marketing and tenant selection to inspections, maintenance, and daily operations—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our tenants.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for residential and commercial units
  • Coordinate tenant move‑in/move‑out, inspections, and handovers
  • Attend and resolve tenant issues and complaints promptly
  • Monitor rental payments, arrears, and follow‑ups
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, notices, and documentation
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and building management
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well‑maintained
  • Prepare monthly occupancy, maintenance, and operation reports
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in property or operations management (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Required languages: English, Chinese & Malay (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between sites
