Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed project proposals.
• Prepare preliminary building designs and technical drawings.
• Prepare project cost estimations and establish timelines.
• Liaise with authorities for necessary approvals.
• Lead tender preparations and evaluations.
• Coordinate with departments for project requirements.
• Act as a coordinator with Consultants and Contractors.
