Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Supervisor (C/S & M&E) to join our team at TERAS IMPIANA SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a contract position that will be integral to the success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines
• Coordinating and supervising teams of tradesmen, technicians and other construction workers
• Monitoring progress and quality of work, and identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Providing training and mentorship to more junior members of the construction team

Qualifications

• Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions on site
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to changing project requirements
