Project Specialist / Consultant (ERP / Business Process / Finance Operations)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist / Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP / Business Process / Finance Operations) system. The role will work closely with business users, Consultant, and external vendors to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and is delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across functional areas.
• Translate business needs into ERP functional specifications and system configurations.
• Map and optimize business processes to align with ERP best practices.
• Configure ERP modules, master data, and transaction workflows.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and execute test cases for unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support end users during UAT and address system issues and defects.
• Develop user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and provide change management support.
• Assist in go-live preparation, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Provide ongoing system support and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation or ERP support roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, especially Finance and Operations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial posting logic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Prior experience working with external vendors or consultants.
