Job description

We are seeking a Project Site Clerk (QAQC) for a project based in Penang with a minimum one year experience. The Project Site Clerk (QAQC) provides onsite technical supervision by monitoring day-to-day construction activities to ensure protection from construction defects and deficiencies in contractors’ work. This position is responsible to provide administrative and QA/QC support at the project site to ensure building plans and specifications are followed correctly, with projects completed according to requirements, timeline, and budget.

What you'll be doing

Assist in monitoring construction activities for compliance with plans and safety standards.

Maintain detailed records of site activities, including inspection reports and progress updates.

Support the preparation and verification of documentation like RFIs and QC records.

Ensure proper filing of QA/QC documentation for audits and project handover.

Coordinate with site supervisors and QA/QC engineers for inspection schedules.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-year experiences in Construction, specialising in railway projects or related role, depot projects or related fields.

Familiarity with QA/QC processes and documentation.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of construction documentation standards.
