About the role

Apex Industrial Supply Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project/Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and project management efforts.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline, but preferably with an Engineering background. They must have project management skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in coordinating industrial projects will be an added advantage. Good work attitude and willingness to travel domestically across Malaysia or overseas. Must possess own vehicle, valid driving license. Attention to detail and possess organizational abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Spoken Mandarin is necessary for communication with China/Taiwan clients and suppliers. Must also be fluent in English and Malay (spoken and written).

Job Description

This is a full‑time role for a Project/Sales Coordinator, in charge of overseeing and coordinating the sales of Aluminum Furnaces, Diecasting Machinery and associated industrial products for the Die‑casting industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop daily work plans and schedules, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications and requirements.
• Report to the project director on daily progress and schedules, and on monthly sales progress.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals, coordinate with customers on order confirmations, delivery schedules and inquiries.
• Handle end‑to‑end order processing from quotation to delivery, and liaise with various logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as point of contact for customer communication, and follow up on after‑sales service, complaints and product issues.
