Project Operations - Global E-commerce Search
The ADSO Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, takes the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluates the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.
Responsibilities
- Independently take charge of the full lifecycle management of e-commerce search evaluation and annotation projects, including preliminary planning and delivery framework design, ensuring high-quality and efficient project execution and deliver project-compliant data as well as actionable analysis conclusions.
- Collaborate with the algorithm/strategy product team, derive effective conclusions based on user experience data insights, and drive the iteration of experience strategies.
- Establish and improve operation standards and SOPs related to search evaluation and annotation; jointly build and optimize these standards with cross-functional teams, promote the implementation of evaluation and annotation standards in overseas operation teams to ensure the on-time and quality delivery of all routine and diagnostic tasks.
- Build an e-commerce search experience knowledge base, and develop standardized evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
- Continuously drive efficiency improvement by optimizing operation infrastructure, tools and processes, leveraging AI capabilities to upgrade workflows and tools, and enhance the team's output efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of work experience in project operation, user experience, or product operation.
- Proficient in English for daily work communication, enabling smooth collaboration with overseas stakeholders, accurate use of professional terminology, and effective participation in cross-regional meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong user empathy, with the ability to deeply interpret user search behaviors, accurately distill the core of problems, and translate them into actionable directions for user experience optimization.
- Outstanding data analysis capabilities, skilled at rationalizing the attribution of data fluctuations, systematically disassembling complex problems and delivering targeted solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, proficient in driving XFN cooperation to achieve goals, and capable of independently undertaking the design of experience project management, personnel transfer plans, etc.
- Proven ability to independently undertake experience project management and solution design, with innovative thinking to break through conventional constraints and drive significant improvements in user search experience.
- Experience in AI automation, proficiency in automation tools such as N8N, Cursor, Coze, and experience in self-developed Prompt words and Workflow are preferred.
- Experience in the e-commerce/search industry is a plus.
