• Contract Management: Deliver requirements outlined in MSC and third-party contracts, ensuring contractors and subcontractors meet Asset Optimization and Operational Excellence targets
• Reputation Management: Promote and protect the reputation of the Company and its stakeholders
• Personnel Readiness: Ensure availability of trained and competent personnel for both onshore and offshore operational requirements
• Technical Focal Point: Serve as the technical lead for proposals and act as Technical Proposal Manager
• Project Management: Manage small ongoing projects and new projects awarded to Wood
• Degree (BSc minimum) in Engineering or associated appropriate discipline
• A minimum of 15 years experience in oil & gas production company with majority of time spent in operations assignment (EHS, drilling & production), with at least 5 years in senior supervisor/management position
• Direct offshore experience preferred, ideally from project implementation stage through to production
• Medically fit to obtain offshore medical certification and to undertake offshore survival training
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with effective oral and written communication to both internal and external audiences
