What You’ll Do:
- Develop a cost‑effective plan and detailed work schedules for completion of the project following logical patterns for utilization of resources.
- Be responsible for proper site administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Ensure good workmanship provided by contractors, check on reported non‑conformances and correct all non‑conformances.
- Plan material sourcing in advance to achieve completion of projects within the stipulated time and budget.
- Attend all site meetings, technical meetings and coordination meetings during all phases of work progress.
- Monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples, owner standards and quality.
- Illustrate and explain to contractors relating to specifications, conditions of contracts, drawings so that they comply with company quality policy and objectives.
- Prepare reports of project activities and other reports for analysing site progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and action in the 1st & 3rd week of the month.
- Review all Delivery Orders submitted by Project PIC and submit to Purchasing Personnel.
- Plan/coordinate all site arrangements and facilities before start‑up.
- Issue memo/letter correspondence in relation to matters regarding whole site activities to client / consultant / subcontractor.
- Prepare documentation and implementation as per documented procedure.
- Attend meetings with the client / consultant.
- Provide feedback on any variation regarding orders / requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction works.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Mental ability to coordinate and integrate the whole organization’s interests and activities.
- Ability to identify problems and analyse complex situations and solve any encountered problem.
