Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Design & Build infrastructure project in Ipoh. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including contract administration, design coordination, construction execution, quality, safety, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project in accordance with PWD Design & Build contract and Special Conditions of Contract (SCOC).
• Coordinate Civil & Structural, M&E, Landscape and specialist works.
• Control programme, cost, variations and cashflow.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Ensure full compliance with safety, DOSH and CIDB requirements.
• Act as main liaison with Client, Consultants and Authorities.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years relevant construction experience.
• At least 3–5 years experience as Project Manager.
• Experience in Design & Build and PWD / Government projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and contract administration skills.
