Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality fit-out projects.
- Provide technical input during the pre-contract stage.
- Oversee post-contract activities like scheduling and budgeting.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to meet project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Identify risks or delays early and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure proper project handover with required documentation.
- Oversee basic Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality fit-out projects (hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, etc.) from tender to completion and handover.
- Provide technical input during the pre-contract stage, including tender preparation, proposal presentations, and client engagement.
- Oversee post-contract activities such as project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, commercial and contract management, quality assurance, and HSSE compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements and expectations are met.
- Monitor site progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and conduct inspections with the Contract Manager/Project Supervisor to maintain compliance with ISO and client standards.
- Identify risks or delays early and implement corrective measures to avoid cost or schedule overruns.
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare accurate progress reports, including weekly updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper and compliant project handover with all required documentation.
- Oversee and coordinate basic Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safe work procedures.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the project team to achieve successful outcomes.
