Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality fit-out projects (hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, etc.) from tender to completion and handover.
• Provide technical input during the pre-contract stage, including tender preparation, proposal presentations, and client engagement.
• Oversee post-contract activities such as project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, commercial and contract management, quality assurance, and HSSE compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements and expectations are met.
• Monitor site progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and conduct inspections with the Contract Manager/Project Supervisor to maintain compliance with ISO and client standards.
• Identify risks or delays early and implement corrective measures to avoid cost or schedule overruns.
• Conduct regular site visits and prepare accurate progress reports, including weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper and compliant project handover with all required documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate basic Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of safe work procedures.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the project team to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications
