A technology solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Studies, Management, IT, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in project management. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison among clients and internal teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in English is essential, while Mandarin is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills are required for success in this role.
Candidates must possess a minimum Degree in Business Studies / Management / Information Technology (IT) Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as an IT Project Manager, Team Lead, or Business Analyst.
Experience and knowledge of Agile, sprint workflows, and SCM processes in managing Scrum/Agile project delivery.
Familiar with e-commerce, ERP, Web3 software will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
Self-driven and responsive to ensure project quality.
Strong analytical and written skills to translate business.
Act as the primary liaison among clients, management, technical teams, UI/UX, and QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with teams and work independently to deliver assigned projects effectively.
Monitor project progress to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to scope.
Identify, analyse, and manage change requests and project risks, proposing solutions when necessary.
Design infrastructure layouts and create network diagrams for project clarity.
Diagnose and resolve project issues professionally to ensure successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing challenges effectively.
Provide guidance and support to the project team to achieve project goals.
Meet with clients to clarify project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
Organize and manage stakeholder expectations, balancing internal and external priorities.
Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycles.
