Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests on a daily basis, including taking client briefs, gathering project requirements, and compiling necessary project materials.
  • Send project and job updates to clients via email or telephone and follow up on items requiring client feedback.
  • Manage and monitor incoming tasks requested by the client.
  • Lead project timeline planning and project resource management.
  • Coordinate workflow between developers, designers, and copywriters.
  • Lead the coordination and running of User Acceptance Tests both internally and externally.
  • Represent the company at client-side meetings.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
Requirements
  • Creative thinking and the ability to strategize.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Marketing and business development experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.
  • Experienced applications will be considered for a Senior position.
Good to have
  • Candidate with PMP / PRINCE certification is an added advantage.
