Job description

Form, structure and order. These are important elements considered by KL Pavilion Design Studio in all its projects. You will be tasked with managing the Studio's benchmark-setting projects and you will need to ensure that the Studio follows its schedules with pinpoint accuracy.

Honed over years of experience, you will be able to demonstrate a natural ability to holistically plan and manage large-scale projects. Working alongside an award-winning team, your foundation in Civil and Structure or Architecture will enable you to speak the same language as the team to ensure the smooth execution of all projects.

  • To independently undertake project assignments.
  • To prepare project time line and sequences of work.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To prepare approval papers for the appointment consultants, contractors and suppliers and evaluate performance.
  • To track the progress of work.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the processes, standards and flow of the property development in Malaysia.

Bachelor of Architecture/ Engineering / Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.

Minimum five (5) years of working experience.

Experienced in commercial, residential, retail and high rise development.

Experience in green field and brown field development.

Understand and knowledgeable in statutory requirements.
