  • Maintain regular, open, and effective communication with Project Director, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Provide status updates and ensure Project Director are informed about project progress, changes, and challenges.
  • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, balancing workload and priorities.
  • Ensure that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and have the necessary tools and support.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved financial limits.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and Project Director, highlighting budget variances.
