The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects, including fibre optic networks, mobile towers, RF systems, and bandwidth services. This role involves overseeing project schedules, managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all project KPIs and quality standards are met.

Job Description

• Familiar with Telcos Industry Project Implementation (i.e. Fibre Optic Network, Mobile Towerco, RF and Bandwidth Services)
• Manage the project schedule, site construction, and quality of project implementation.
• Monitor subcontractor's daily progress to ensure project complete on time.
• Ensure the project is meeting with the KPI's and Quality requirement.
• Work closely with team to ensure project parameters are met.
• Liaise with local authority and government bodies pertaining to the permitting issues.
• Prepare final documentations and Job reports.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in telecom project implementation is essential.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external parties.
