Job description

Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.

The Position:

The Project Management Analyst role focuses on optimizing workforce efficiency and resource allocation, within a project management context. This involves analyzing workforce data, forecasting needs, and ensuring projects are adequately resourced and completed on time and within budget. They also play a role in risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and process improvement related to workforce management.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Support Workforce, Resource Management and Project Management Lead on execution of deliverables
  • Monitor project status and address variances
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Update stakeholders on objectives, benefits, and progress
  • Recommend and implement workforce management improvements
  • Help plan and track project costs


  • Basic Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years’ work experience in Workforce / Resource Management / Reporting or Project Management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to analyze data, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Communication skills; able to communicate with stakeholders globally at various levels
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills; able to maintain records and track project progress
  • Proficiency with workforce and project management systems; experienced in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiar with project management methodologies: Understands project lifecycle and best practices
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management: Able to track and manage project costs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Able to manage tasks and collaborate effectively
  • Resilient: Able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Flexible: Ability to adjust per project requirement on workdays / hours
  • Understanding of Hiring/Recruitment and Work permit process will be an added advantage
