Job description

The Project Management Executive will be responsible for managing projects which include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects
• Responsible for internal/external project coordination activities and execution
• Provide technical consultancies and support to all relevant parties for potential business and opportunities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Work with Research & Development and Engineering departments on risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/business partners
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Perform any other relevant duties or responsibilities as assigned by management or immediate supervisor to support overall business objectives and operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 3 years & above (likely in project management, preferably in regulated industries like equipment or medical devices or engineering projects with similar compliance needs).

Well-versed in ISO 13485 would be preferable
