Job summary

A logistics company based in Malaysia is seeking a Freight Forwarding Specialist to manage end-to-end operations for import and export shipments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in logistics or supply chain and 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding. Job description

Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments (Air, Sea, Road).

Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Prepare and manage shipment documentation.

Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo, and provide timely status updates.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company SOPs.

Liaise with customs clearance teams to ensure smooth cargo clearance.

Resolve operational issues and documentation discrepancies promptly.

Maintain accurate records in ERP or forwarding systems.

Support billing by verifying operational costs and documentation.

Attend customer meetings and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related field.
• Have 3-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of import or export procedures and forwarding documentation.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under tight deadlines.
