Job summary

Job Scope
  • Responsible for full spectrum of project and site related matters, including material procurement, project schedule planning, drawings management, manpower & task assignment, product delivery, quality and productivity management.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities of projects undertaken by the company.
  • Prepare material procurement list, nesting plan, and schedule for project’s resources; manage allocation efficiency; appoint suitable manpower based on background, workload, and experience and project requirements.
  • Implement and monitor all aspects of fabrication activities from material procurement to completion of projects, including delivery or product, and constantly ensure project cost is kept within budget.
  • Monitor sub‑contractors’ performance and progress of works.
  • Attend meetings with consultants and clients and organise internal meetings with supervisors/subcontractors to resolve technical and logistic issues.
  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instruction as relevant and required by the QSH (Quality, Safety & Health) management system to strengthen the company’s position.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
