Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer in coordinating the activities of project to ensure schedule, document control and quality standards are met.
• Develop project schedule, monitor and report project progress to customer, Sales & Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer.
• Managing project risk and issues and make decision that benefit to project.
• Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits.
• Review, assess and evaluate execution of the project on a regular basis.
• Assist and support team members in completing the project.
• Lead to resolve issues arising in a project.
• Continuous improvement, optimization and standardization of project flow.
• Attend project meeting for project update as well as update project status & issue if any.
• Resolve team conflict.
• Assist in carrying out and attaining the balance score card / KPI of the department.
• Carrying out and attaining the OKR set.
• Responsible in office & production 5S, safety & health.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

CANDIDATES SHOULD CONVINCE US WITH :

• Bachelor’s Degree/ / Professional Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering/Project Management.
• Technically competent in mechanical design, engineering analysis, equipment specification and project execution.
• Good knowledge in technology sales in terms of automation, functional testers, and manufacturing related products/services.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven.
• Fresh graduates / <1 year experience are encouraged to apply.
• Profound technical education with knowledge of project management.
