Job description

Manage and involve in project from design, tender, procurement, construction , T & C stage until handover of the project

To prepare project planning, such as resource planning, not limited to material, machinery & manpower

To prepare on reporting to management for the project progress report , progress claim and any other required information

To liaise and coordinate with Client/consultant/Main contractor/Authority to ensure successful project execution

To Monitor, review and coordinator the supervision of construction works, third party work and any others works which is having direct or indirect impact to project.

To ensure construction control at site inclusive of safety, health and environmental requirements

Responsible for construction planning and control of contractor.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Electrical Power/ electronic / or equivalent
• 2-3 Years experiences in construction field as Proven working experience as a project engineer .
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Preferably with 3 years managerial roles in project management.
• Good planning and organizational skill
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Exemplary decision making ability and leadership skills.
• CIDB license.
• Good time management and organization skills.
