Project Development & Contracts Executive

As a Project Development & Contracts Executive at COMTRAC SDN BHD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning and delivery of property development projects. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are designed, procured and completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and managing project development plans, schedules, project costings and budgets
  • Coordinate the negotiating and drafting of project contracts and agreements
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborating with Consultants, authorities, operations and procurement teams
  • Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of project management and development processes
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of coordinating property development projects successfully and within budget
  • Strong understanding of Construction Costs, Contract laws and negotiation
  • Excellent liaison with authorities, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using project management software and MsSoft Office Suite
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
