POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by ensuring effective scheduling, resource coordination, and compliance with project objectives and KPIs. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency through meticulous planning, communication, and administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Source and secure venues for retail and non-retail activations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop, update, and manage team work assignments based on the confirmed master work schedule.
  • Ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide administrative support, including booking flights and accommodations, processing payments, tracking inventory, monitoring attendance, leave, and expenses.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational matters to support smooth project execution.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in compiling sales reports and preparing weekly and monthly project-related reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
