Responsibilities
  • Assist the Immediate Superior/ HOD in planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and meeting minutes
  • Track project progress, identify delays or risks and elevate issues to Immediate Superior/ HOD
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners and stakeholders
  • Support resource planning and allocation including equipment, manpower and materials
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures; prepare status updates and cost reports
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Maintain project databases, document control and version tracking
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, procurement requests and reporting
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project support, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Proficient in Mandarin, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms with teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with project documentation, scheduling, progress tracking and stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Problem‑solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
