Job description

Develop and manage the integrated master schedule for data center projects, covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Review and validate contractors’ baseline and detailed schedules (EPC/Trade), ensuring alignment with PMC and client milestones.

Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, critical paths, and float consumption, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.

Coordinate with design, MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule integration and interface alignment.

Lead schedule impact assessments for variations, changes, and delay events, providing time-related recommendations to the client.

Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules to stakeholders and hyperscale clients.

Manage schedule control tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all packages.

Support claims and EOT assessments by providing time analysis, delay substantiation, and contemporaneous records.

Track key data center milestones, including equipment delivery, energization, commissioning (Cx1–Cx5), and IST readiness.

Drive schedule governance and best practices in line with PMC standards, client requirements, and mission-critical delivery timelines.
