We’re looking to add more than one Program Management Administrator in Bayan Lepas plant.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Program Management Administrator to support HLA or SMT, you will:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Involved in providing competitive quotes to customers.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer delivery requirements.
  • Monitor trends related to operations and other areas and take appropriate actions where necessary.
  • Manage and coordinate activities to meet set objectives and customer requirements for delivery, quality and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product launches on time with minimum cost impact.
  • Ensure the achievement of all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.
  • Maintain good communication within the company, and between the company and the customer.
  • Seek opportunities to improve productivity and reduce cost.
  • Control inventory at the optimum level.
  • Maintain effective communications and good relationship with customers.
  • Review and approve Engineering Change, document change and subordinate overtime, line qualification and deviation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in supervisory level or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or work experience.
  • Sensitive to figures and good in cost analysis are added advantages.
  • Possess strong leadership, technical competencies and analytical capabilities.
  • A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.
