Role Overview

The Professional Education Executive supports the planning, coordination, and execution of clinician‑focused training and educational initiatives across ASEAN. This role ensures high‑quality learning experiences that strengthen clinical adoption, enhance clinical outcomes, and reinforce the organisation’s position as a trusted education partner for healthcare professionals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (such as healthcare professional, vendors, hospitals etc.) to deliver compliant and meaningful education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and delivery of hands‑on workshops, symposium, masterclasses, proctorships, and virtual learning sessions.
  • Coordinate overall program logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment needs, travel, accommodations, and preparation of program materials.
  • Assist in developing course agendas, learning objectives, and training materials in collaboration with key faculty and internal teams.
  • Monitor program execution onsite to ensure smooth flow and a high‑quality participant experience.
  • Coordinate faculty invitations, confirmations, communications, and pre‑event briefings.
  • Assist in managing participant lists, registration forms, certifications, and training records.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with healthcare professionals and internal commercial teams.
  • Ensure all programs comply with industry codes e.g. APACMed, internal policies, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as vendor contracts, speaker contracts, CV/passport submissions, and event licensing where required.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date educational databases including attendance records, training history, and budget files.
  • Assist in preparing slide decks, course packs, evaluation forms, and digital content as needed.
  • Support content gathering during events such as photos, insights, and key highlights for internal reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, program checklists, and templates to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collect and analyses participant feedback to support continuous improvement of education programs.
  • Assist in preparing post‑event reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support benchmarking and research on competitor education strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Confident to manage day‑to‑day programmes on their own.
  • Strong communication skills, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, Mandarin in workplace. Any additional language is a plus point. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • May require travel to education events with occasional overnight stays.
