Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on Production Technician/Engineer to support daily operations across key manufacturing departments including: Bending, Welding, Punching and Machining.

Previous relevant work experience is necessary but full training will be provided.

As we are using robotic welding during the production process, basic knowledge of robotic welding operations is essential (we will train you including how to do the programming). Additionally, in daily work, hands‑on operation of production equipment is required, involving active participation in production activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Technician: Operate and monitor production machines according to SOP.
  • Perform basic setup, changeover, adjustment, and calibration of equipment.
  • Identify machine abnormalities and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Support preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning activities.
  • Monitor production output and record data in logs or systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, EHS, and 5S practices.
  • Line Leadership / Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily activities of production line operators.
  • Assign tasks and manage manpower based on production schedule.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure daily output targets are achieved.
  • Provide guidance, training, and on‑the‑job support to operators.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall line performance.
  • Report escalations such as process issues, machine downtime, or manpower concerns.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding welding processes, basic principles of robotics, and reading mechanical drawings.
  • Operational Skills: Proficient in operating robot teach pendants, capable of parameter adjustments and fine‑tuning paths.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: Able to quickly diagnose and resolve common welding defects (e.g., porosity, lack of fusion, excessive spatter) and minor equipment malfunctions.
  • Quality Awareness: Possess a keen eye for weld quality, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
  • Safety First: Thorough understanding of safety regulations with zero tolerance for compromise.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective communication with programmers, process engineers, quality inspectors, and other operators.
