CONVEMED SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Manager to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and high‑quality output.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet targets and deadlines

Implementing and monitoring production schedules, workflows, and quality control measures

Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and other operational challenges

Providing training and guidance to production staff to improve their skills and performance

Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and maintenance, to ensure a smooth production process

Analyzing production data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices to maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Proficient in data analysis and report generation
