Production Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor at GB Bond in Valdor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. The role includes monitoring production performance, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the production team and other departments to achieve smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Plan and manage manpower allocation on the production floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct routine checks on machines, equipment, and workstations to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Liaise with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments for seamless workflow.
• Train, guide, and monitor operators to ensure performance, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
